新型コロナウィルス感染拡大防止のため､BirdとTRUCKは休業要請の対象ではありませんが、お客様とスタッフの安全を第一に考え、下記期間の営業を自粛することにしました。
Birdでは自粛期間中もメールでのご注文､お問い合わせに対応するスタッフは出勤していますのでお気軽にお問い合わせください。

Bird、TRUCKは、本日までも日々悩みながらご来店いただくお客様とスタッフが安心できるように､下記のような感染予防対策をした上で営業してきました。

・店内の換気
・2時間ごとに店内の消毒
・飛沫感染防止のため、レジカウンターにパーテーションを設置
・スタッフのマスク着用、手洗いうがいの徹底
・出社時の検温
・出勤するスタッフの人数調整
・複数でのミーティングの中止
・お客様にご入店時に手洗いのご協力のお願い
・ご入店いただく人数制限
・Birdはテイクアウトのみに限定し営業時間短縮

毎年ゴールデンウィーク期間中は他都道府県からたくさんのお客様が来てくださいますが、現在の状況下、例年通りではないと考えていますが、たとえ一時的であったとしても混み合うタイミングが生まれる事をリスクと捉えて営業自粛という決定に至りました。
ご理解よろしくお願いします。

Concerning Bird & TRUCK’s Golden Week Business Hours

In response to efforts to limit the spread of the coronavirus, while Bird and TRUCK are not required to close, we have taken the health of our customers into consideration and decided to limit our business operations for a special period.

During this time, our staff will be available to accept orders made through our online shop and by phone, and respond to any inquires. Please feel free to contact us.

11:00 – 19:00 (excluding regular holidays every Tuesday and the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of the month)

So that our staff and customers have been able to visit us safely to this day, TRUCK & Bird have been operating with the following preventative measures in place:

・Airing out the space
・Sanitizing the space every 2 hours
・Adding a partition to the register counter area to prevent airborne spread
・Requiring our staff to wear masks and to diligently wash their hands and gargle
・Changing work travel hours
・Reducing the number of staff present
・Halting multiple meetings
・Requesting that customers wash their hands upon entering
・Limiting the number of customers present at any one given time
・Shortening business hours at Bird and limiting service to Take-Out only

Every year, many customers come from all prefectures during the Golden Week period to our store. While we think that this year will not be the same as usual, we decided to close the store in anticipation of even the slightest risk that it would become too crowded at any given time.
We appreciate your understanding.

Let us all work together to reduce our person-to-person contact by 80% so that relief can come sooner, even if by only one day.
